1. Order Processing Time

All of our leather goods are hand-made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be crafted, inspected, and prepared for shipment. During peak holiday seasons or new releases, processing times may be extended up to 10-14 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-4 business days) options nationwide across India.

3. Delivery Regions

We provide nationwide shipping throughout India. Please note that while we strive to deliver to every corner of the country, certain remote locations or regions with restricted access may experience slightly longer delivery times or limited service availability. We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. Order Status & Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@swampleathers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate physical address including the correct PIN code for timely delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
